Lol. I read it as being funny. Seems like they could call them allergen free or something like that. Like you wouldn't call it Dog Friendly if it actually meant it was free of dogs.

Sure wish I had one of these rooms last weekend when I had an awful reaction to the bedding in a Dayton hotel.
