How easy is it to catch 1) a cab, 2) public transit le truck etc, from outside the hotel if we want to go somewhere. Specifically, we might hotel-hop due to availability between Hilton and Sofitel, so wondering if its easy to bring our carryon on the next running le truck going around the island?
From what I heard at the front desk, there is no bus just running around the island anymore. Rather, the buses are timed to pick/up drop off at the ferry building for each arriving/departing ferry, so you'll need to check the ferry schedule to see if the times work for you.
