There was a good set of threads last year on the Dell XPS 13, but I thought it best to open a new one for the latest year
The 2016 model (9360) has the Kaby Lake processor series, up to 16Gb RAM, 2x USB3 and 1x USB-C port. It now has an SD card slot also. Webcam position is still bottom left of screen. After a couple of months usage, I'm very impressed.
There is one 'gotcha' though. Given 16Gb RAM, adding Hyper-V to run VMs sounds sensible, and I did this straight away. After a few days I noticed what are best described as occasional black flashes/ tearing on screen. I tried all the usual fixes (software and driver updates, etc, followed by googling). It appears that even having the Hyper-V role enabled is enough to cause the problem.
I removed the role and all is smooth... so if VMs are essential, wait until a fix is proven. With this exception, a very nice laptop.
