Just booked at Tacoma Downtown location for a full size (class E) (pick up on Sunday morning) with an upgrade coupon and I am preferred.

I am assuming this is a small location. What is the chance that I will get a nice upgrade? I am hoping for a midsize SUV if possible.

What are my chances that during my rental, I could swap out my car for better upgrade at the airport? IF I do change the car during my rental at the airport, would I be charged for airport taxes and concession fees?
