Chase Ink Bold - 3 years. Received annual fee back after my first year, no offer last year. Over $5000 in spend this year (all 5x categories), no offer again. Product changed to Ink Cash (good chance I'll keep my personal CSR). I called 30 days after fee posted and the agent sounded like Chase might pro-rate me 1 month instead of returning the whole fee but I'll see. I guess the days of giving one 6 months on business cards are over.
