Last year, when I was 24 I made a reservation with CDP USAA (I live outside US, and don't have SSN). Everything was fine. This year, when I wanted to create a membership for my wife via phonecall with USAA Customer Service I got an information that using discounts with this 'limited membership' is a fraud. Now I wonder what would happen in case of an accident, even if I go through a counter with my already made reservation for this September. (I decided to use CDP USAA for slightly better rates). Right now I'm not sure wether I should cancel this pre-paid reservation or not. Any suggestions?
