My daughter is 20 months old, we managed to get interviews 15 minutes apart, we interviewed together, did fingerprints, passport scan and photos for both of us. My approval email came through that same day, hers has not yet come through and its been a week. I've tried calling the local office and got voicemail, I've called the number on the conditional approval letter at least a dozen times today, when I can get through (busy many times) I try every combination of prompts, when I get to one that says 'speak with an agent' I press it and the call gets immediately disconnected. I've tried from my cell phone and work phone. I've emailed them but they said it take 2-3 weeks to respond. Not sure what to do now.
