My wife had problems at the EWR lounge 4 weeks ago.
They swiped her TD Visa Aeroplan Infinite card... and it denied her access.
The agent couldn't tell her why... but another entering passenger "guested" her in.

I was stuck in a inept TSA security nightmare that included all but a strip-search.
I have a metal knee replacement... I guess they've never seen that before? ;-)
But that's a different story.
I never made it to the lounge... and met my wife at the gate.
