I got a PL agent in 2014 when I stayed 151 nights with Hyatt. I still had access in 2015 and 2016, even though I fell back under 100 nights each year. It was a good deal while it lasted. I had the personal email of my agent and contacted her recently after getting no response to a serious complaint through the normal Hyatt channels and she informed me that she had been terminated in late FEB.
She was very talented and smart so I can only assume that Hyatt intends to make this benefit available to only a very few if they are culling top-notch staff like my agent.
