another city that saw more-than-occasional Carnival traffic was West Palm Beach (PBI) ... as far as aircraft, KW had a handful of A300s, but I don't think they were operating any wide-body jets in 1991; let's see if we're looking for a 737-200

and speaking of 737s: I know I'm nowhere close to Seat 2A's totals, but last night's SEA-LAX trip was my 500th flight on Boeing's best-seller (just short of 20% of all my flight history, currently at 2509)
