Most efficient way to Cd. Mendoza w/o car rental?
This doesn''t look like an easy place to get to. I've not done too much investigation, but flying to VER and then backtracking (unless wanting to visit VER) seems more time consuming than taking a bus from MEX. (I'm totally unfamiliar with bus services in the country.)
