It's amazing how one issue snowballs and in some cases effects flights for days afterwards.
I take this flight often and as with me and I'm sure many others on that flight, they end up missing their connections and are stuck at SFO for another 4 hours.
This often happens with the ICN flight, as the crew is only there for one night, vs 2 nights in other Asian cities (except Tokyo), the crew is contractually required to be given 23hrs rest (I believe but please correct me if I am wrong) on this routing so a small delay will delay the flight the next day.
UA is usually pretty good on publishing this in advance and rebooking pax prior to them getting to the airport.
