I made over 60 nights in 2016 and according to the T&C was supposed to receive the My Hyatt Concierge benefit then, but it wasn't offered. I then inquired this year and was told that I have to get to another 60 nights this year before it will THEN be offered. Basically, it looks like they are just stringing people along and telling them that the benefit is just out of reach... forever.
