Returning to the subject in hand, how many contributors to this board bemoan the "enhancements" and "simplifications" made by BA. EC T&C's clearly state that entry to F lounges is a benefit of having a gold card. Be careful what you wish for, soon we will inevitably get this privilege removed "due to customer demand".

I see little in the way of real benefits from having BA gold as it is, what else do you really get apart from F lounge and check in privileges? Take this away and I will be taking even more flights on *A than I currently intend to (especially since I can use the BA lounge when flyng on them too, location issues permitting )
