Germany and the Netherlands allow registered US citizenes to join the EU lane (and use the E-gates) but there is not such concept as express or priority immigration in the Schengen Area. Of course, use the EU lane is normally faster than the non-EU one, but you'll still need to queue with the rest of the EU lane.
