Where does it say three for UA Silver?

Yes, I believe that is correct but still showing I need to pay for 1st bag when I click on baggage allowance in manage bookings.

It also seems I get ac lounge access for Canada, New York, and Los Angeles. Correct? Do I get to bring in free guest or family member with this?
