Whilst I do enjoy the upper deck window seats I still find I sleep better in the F seats. Even for a shorter overnight flight I am finding I prefer to upgrade to an F seat if possible even if I have no intention of eating on board. Therefore I would say any of the F seats are better than 62A/K.
