I've never managed to have a good sleep in the First cabin. Temperature way too hot. Best sleep was had on 62A upstairs. The proximity to the emergency exit door kept me nice and cool.

In all seriousness whilst i do prefer the Upper Deck for privacy - the seats in First are significantly more comfortable - I've found it difficult to sleep on my last few CW flights because of seat, bedding and pillow comfort ! Especially vs AA J or Etihad J.
