The long wait times trying to call airberlin seem to be as bad as ever. After about 25 minutes my call was answered, and almost immediately I was cut off by a beeping sound like when the phone is engaged.

Having bought a flight (BCN-DUS) at lastminute.de (probably a mistake) I want to make sure a paid for baggage allowance is actually in the booking. The "My Booking" section of the AB website shows it as an Economy Light booking with no allowance.
