Well, what can I say. BA know how to keep your interest at times

To start off with, I have been having some issues with MyFlights App and been in contact with Chris. The issue seems to have resolved but what I was originally doing was keeping an eye on my DME-LHR flight tomorrow to see if it was going to succumb to the current strikes. After the issue was resolved, I went into the app and checked my flight for tomorrow and it had the "Your Booking has changed". So a quick heart sink later and scroll down, sure enough, the DME flight was highlighted in green for the changes .

On closer inspection, Class: Business. Seat 14A. Immediate thought, it's a glitch. I was in Y on an O class ticket. Surely I can't have been double upgraded?

Swiftly move over to the BA app, seat 14A

Log in to MMB on desktop site and message in the banner at the top:

Well that came as a bit of a (very welcome) surprise. This will be the first time in 5 years since getting an Op-Up on BA and even more surprising it's a double one.

This is gets me wondering if one of the DME flights tomorrow is for the chop.

First I get my Silver membership renewed without getting the required points in my last membership year and now this. You're flirting with me BA :-:
