DL did away with award charts two and a half years ago. Changes are no longer "notified". I see some partner availability to GRU at 35K (partner awards are generally higher than DL low level) and I still see ATL-EZE/SCL from 30K. So it's possible they are currently zeroing out inventory in the 30K bucket for Brazil destinations through EOS and they may come back at some point. They did have a 48 hour flash sale back in April for South America with one-way awards starting at 25K. It's possible they'll do another one in the future. The 48 hour flash sales are announced monthly mid-month.
