On the top of you reservation details there is a SMALL little blurb that says something like

This reservation contains partner flights. View additional confirmation numbers.

Click on that link and it will list the confirmation number(s) as applicable to the flights.

Take that reservation number and enter it on Asiana website a choose your seats.
