You can always call the location and see what they would typically assign. Some locations may get something for you...but I wouldn't count on it.
In my experience, locations tend to give the least desirable vehicles for one-way rentals.
You may have more options if you rent from JFK, LGA, or EWR. But then you'd probably pay more due to airport taxes. Or you could just take the train to PHL
