Or raise the diamond MQM to 150MQMs and keep the MQD at $15K and throw in a couple more GU's or make them easier to use and bump PM up to 100K MQMs like the third tier for the competition and allow the waiver but throw in a couple GU's like the competition does. That will award their really high spenders while not screwing over the people that have 125+ MQM a year and can't meet the MQD. This would also keep them in line with their competitors for flyers who fly 100K miles a year.
