BA has now opened its proprietary business lounge. It's nothing special, but does have self-serve drinks (including Stariy Melnik beer on tap) and snacks. It is also very crowded, as it is only in use before the daily BA flights--both of which recently have tended to be rather full in Club Europe.

I'm not sure if non-CE OneWorld Sapphire passengers (e.g. AA Plat/ExPlat, or BA Silver/Gold) would get access. Does anyone have experience on this point?
