The SYD int - dom vv QF free terminal shuttle bus is a very good thing to have and use.
Bypasses the open zone as the bus takes you to gate 15 at SYD dom and you can have more time in the SYDd J lounge.
If not a QFF you might as well join up, there might be a charge, but you will get a shiny new QF NB card before the flight.
Priority boarding is a nice touch.
