flyphilrun I agree it would be tempting for QR to deal with their own bookings first. But that would be discriminating TAs and their customers? I do not think QR wish to do that at the moment.
Whilst there have been several positive exceptions TAs mostly have the mantra 'Refund Refund Refund'. Can QR really afford to alienate these groups at this time where all revenue is welcome, and almost certainly required?
Under TAs I include any non QR ticket issuing body.
