ScottC, this was true but I believe that as of about 3 months ago it isnt. Now everyone gets the same, which is "new customer" price on a new phone. There are a substantial number of threads on this on howardforums.com. They changed the policy and are continuing to evolve it. Some people have said that the final policy (which is not yet in place) will be very favorable to longer term/better customers, especially blue customers, but that is not now the case.
