So, I'm trying to buy a flight directly from Turkish Airlines, who will sell me YUL-IST-CPT as a B fare.

According to all of Aeroplan's published information, I can do a *A Upgrade Award from this fare, but nobody at Aeroplan can tell me whether Turkish pull this from C, J or I space.

Turkish's online help team refer me to their call centre, who tell me I can only request information about this program, in person, at a Turkish Airlines ticket office.

Does anyone have any more information about this?
