Full service - yes, daytime flights will have a long lazy meal service with plenty to eat. Night flights will have a more rushed service (sometimes) and commonly no starter. The night times annoyingly "integrate" the drinks service with the meal service. Dont expect pyjamas on these regional flights.
Sure about that? I recall PJs being offered whenever I've been in J on QF SYD-TYO flights (not that I've ever accepted any).

The night flights tend to have a supper service shortly after takeoff and breakfast starting around 2 hours before landing as people wake up. They expect people in J and with status to eat in the lounge first.
There are 3 lounges at HND that business class will get you into, 1 more if you have oneworld emerald status. A JL Sakura and F lounge upstairs near gate 112 and a JL Sakura and CX lounge upstairs in the newer part of the terminal near gate 146. Qantas tends to use a gate in the newer part (QF26 is using gate 145 tonight).
3 hours should be enough time for a I-D connection in SYD. Amount of lounge time depends on how busy customs is and what the bus connection is like. If all goes to plan with few delays, I'd expect around 90 mins max in the lounge.
