So last week KUL to PER

After going through security and making my way to the gate I filled my water bottle 125 ml on the way as i see so many do.

After the second passport check.

A muppet with the red caps told me I must drink or throw away my water.

So my question

!/ is drinking water not allowed on AirAsia.
2/who pays for the red cap muppets? do other destinations have them?

I do not mind that there is a no outside food or drink policy on board but come on air asia get a grip. WATER FOR HYDRATION READ YOUR OWN MAGAZINE.

Are they so in need to make money you are not allowed 125 ml water?
