I had the pleasure of sitting in the emergency row on my flight to London in economy (60C) but could not get any sleep with people lined up directly in front of me to use the lavatories all flight long...and a number of people accidently stepping on my feet as I slept while they stood in line by the emergency door.

Any suggestions or recommendations on seats for the return leg with space?
