Passed through E twice a couple of weeks ago en route two and from GIG. Both times, at 4pm and 5am Pre was available at the departure floor area security point.

Good to see that for arriving connecting pax into E, signage for TSA pre check to go back through security now diverts you from the usual "transit" security point, upstairs on the right behind the bag recheck. You are now encouraged to use the departures area security checkpoint, leaving through the arrivals hall, using the escalator far left to go up to the check in desks area.
