i doubt it is that prevalent, especially with the 50bps fee charged on withdrawals.
and it is very troublesome to doot your 4(6) cards everyday (for a relatively small daily transaction amount per card).
i guess the pertinent question is how much $ does oepay pay the banks in interchange, and how much they buy points for...
the death knell for payme was it was doable in large amounts, and without any fee.
