How do i correct the name on my SkyPass Account

My SkyPass account shows just my middle initial but my ticket has my passport name in which the middle name is spelled out. I called the customer service number and was told to send a copy of my passport page to [email protected]. In response to that e-mail I received the following from e-mail addr [email protected]

Why would I call the same cust serv. number that had me send the e-mail in the first place ? Can anyone help me ?
