Interesting. I thought Apple had locked off direct SIM access from apps. In my mind, anyway, an app would never know what SIM was in use. Maybe since it's a T-Mobile app, they can get the info from their towers? But not likely internationally.
Anyway, DIGITS survives Wifi changes, I assume. Not sure why a SIM change is different to it, in theory.
