It's not even clear to me which name is supposed to match what. I verified with Hyatt that the name on his Hyatt account was exactly the same as on his credit card (which Chase told me had to match), with the middle initial. I had Hyatt completely remove the middle name field.

Now it works...despite the names not matching. I pointed out to Chase that the names on the UR site drop down menu do not have any middle initials, despite what is on the accounts and cards. Is THIS the name that is supposed to match?
