I would agree that it's a great app. It's much better than UA and AA's garbage apps. But it definitely has problems. Things like loading seatmaps can be quick sometimes and can take years other times. When booking flights I get "out of memory" errors pretty frequently (maybe 10% of the time), which I never get with any other app.
