I wonder if Cruz actually knows what he is doing? Just focusing on the bottom line is never going to be a good thing. Big companies fail to realise how much "corporate memory" resides in these people's heads and the breadth of their experience. I hope they will snapped up by other airlines that know their worth. I don't see a happy future for BA.
