No issues

EVA or many airlines only want Physical CC at check-in to prevent fraud, ONLY IF you bought on their website. I see that on EVA or Cathay website

If you booked via travel agents (which AP is, or Expedia or OTA), Fraud risk is on the agents instead of airlines, so you should be good
