I just bought a BC YSJ>SIN for Feb/Mar 2018. I was able to get this on aeroplan for 155K points and about $230. I am basically flying EVA from YYZ to SIN. When I was getting my seats assigned on the EVA site, I noticed somewhere it was saying for any tickets bought on-line required me to travel with the credit card that bought the tickets.

The issue I have is I bought the ticket with my wifes AMEX Business Platinum card instead of mine. I did this because I didn't think I would have mine by the time I flew so I just decided to use hers.

Is this going to be an issue? I don't know how to fix this problem? My wife and kids are flying out three weeks earlier YYZ/SIN and coming home a few weeks later and we booked her tickets with her Business Platinum credit card as well.

There is no EVA office in YSJ so we can't go there? I was wondering if these rules apply because it was bought thru Aeroplan? I seem to remember when flying back from SIN last year that they asked me for the card used to purchase my rewards ticket (Singapore Airlines) and thinking it was a little weird but I had booked with my card and it wasn't an issue. Although I could of just as easily had left it behind because I usually only bring one or two cards when flying.

Another note, my wife kept her maiden name so we have different last names. Also, we both have the card with the same business name - would taking a picture of both be enough if they asked for the card??
