Yes, your Avios and TPs will be provided by Iberia as the marketing carrier.

If your flights are all operated by AA, then yes, the seats you see on AA.com will be the seats you get.

AA, Iberia and presumably Mondono use different ticketing/reservation systems so that's probably the reason for the disparity in the seat reservations.
