There is no fast track for immigration inbound or security and immigration outbound, just queue up and hope for the best. If you are running late for your connection it is generally acceptable to jump the queue - which involves either climbing over or ducking under metal barriers.
The last time I passed inbound immigration at JNB the officer did not ask me any questions as they were involved in a lengthy discussion with a colleague.
