Hi all -

Bumping this prior similar thread. I have a SkyTeam Award ticket that has the following connection at PEK:

KL AMS-PEK in J
CZ PEK to CAN in F (on A380, and actually ticketed in F and have seats assigned in row 2)

I am then connecting in CAN to the, at max, once-a-day (and not always daily) CAN to MLE flight in J.

I initially had ~2 hours in PEK, but there was a slight schedule change, and CZ dropped the J seats we originally had on PEK to CAN. So the ticketing airline found us F seats with a 35 minute connection.

I don't know exactly which terminal KL flies into and which CZ flies out of. I also know its possible PEK to CAN could be delayed. But I wonder, if KL is on time or a little early, and they notify the ground crew, is there a possibility we could get an escort or by some miracle make the connection?

If not, will CZ protect us in at least J on the next PEK to CAN? It stinks because I am on the A380, and the next flight is an A330, and then the next one is again an A380. The next A380 only leaves ~30 mins to connect in CAN, which is not enough time, so if I can make this originally ticketed flight, that would be good.

To be clear -
KL flight arrives at 855am
PEK to CAN on CZ, first A380, leaves at 930am
PEK to CAN on CZ, A330, leaves at 1130am
PEK to CAN on CZ, second A380, leaves at 1230pm

CAN to MLE on CZ leaves at 4:25pm (and the next day, they don't fly nonstop, so if we miss this due to operational reasons, how would we be rerouted? Any revenue seats in J on any SkyTeam partner (e.g. MU via PVG))? I tried to get MU space via PVG but it wouldn't confirm on an award.

I know this connection time is unrealistic, but with the flight about a month away, it was the only was to get J/F. I figure this way, we will at least be protected on the next flight (seats being available) from PEK to CAN. But if CZ can expedite us, being in F, at PEK, that would be wonderful to try their F suites. Thanks for all advice.
