A few months ago BTS curtailed Rabbit card top ups using credit cards (excepting trips plans). Then they back tracked to some degree but only allowing Citi cards. Now they are saying only Citi Thailand cards are eligible and declined processing my purchase request at several stations recently.

The allowance to use these select cards, and yes, they have a printout of exactly what cards they do accept, expires mid-Aug.
