A stranger to Delta.

However, booked a great Business fare Scotland to Denver for c1500 USD about five months ago.

Due to leave on Friday, but yesterday 85-year-old mum taken to hospital. Mum now recovering but may not be home until Saturday or Sunday.

Delta said to amend ticket to next week would cost me an extra 6,363 USD - which is more than just buying a new ticket! Changing to an economy ticket would be 550 USD.

UK agents didn't seem to know about an e-credit for future travel, is this still an option?
