Definitely email YouFirst to pre-book the cabana in the CCR and the spa treatment, since they haven't made the investment to handle First Class walk-ins.

Have a cappucino on board in First, if the machine is working and/or hasn't been removed. (I'm only at about 50% on my flights.) It's one item that marks BA's service differentiation from J to F.

Someone else advised to explore the tunnels to the other gates - to my knowledge, once you leave the A gates, you can't get back without being escorted. If someone knows how to get back from the satellite concourse similar to T2, please let me know.
