They appear to have revised their room service menu. Instead of the full menu they once had, it's now a single sheet of A4 paper, with perhaps 1/3rd the offerings they previously had. They've dropped selections from their Japanese place entirely, and most of the flexible items (salads and pasta) are gone too. They still seem to be able to go off-menu as needed, but it seems like they're scaling back room service.
