Worth noting that VS Upper Class is above Business Class (based on fare pricing), and so is really their attempt at F - where Slippers should always be offered.

JL offer them, as you have said yourself, based on cultural reasons.

i think pricing is a difficult criterion to use. VS J is typically aligned with BA J and sometimes less. I have had many London-US returns on VS J for £1000 which is rare on ba (though such offers are frequent from Dub etc).

i wasn't the one mentioning cultural reasons but I think It mostly pertained to slippers rather than the pyjama/suit, which is actually a sweater in JL J
