I have an upcoming stay at the Hilton in Buenos Aires and saw this on my reservation/confirmation:

VAT on room rates will be reimbursed if the following conditions are met: Being non-resident of Argentina/Presenting passport plus migration stamp or form/Paying w/ a non-Argentinian credit card/Staying less than 90 days
